To start off with, Services1online allowing customers to connect with private vehicle drivers for the purposes of, inter alia, travelling to their desired destination subject to a reasonable payment that is directly paid to the driver upon ending the ride or through online banking once the ride has ended. By reading this Privacy Policy, we hope you learn how we collect and process data about you through Our Services and through your interactions, if any, with us.

It is very important for all users i.e. customer and driver both, of Our Services to review, read and understand this Privacy Policy and by using Our Services, you hereby acknowledge and agree that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy as well as, inter ali, how We process your data and information. Please note, this Privacy Policy is revisable at the sole discretion of the Company for safeguarding the interests as per the law and any amendments made thereto which need strict compliance. It is imperative to state here that any personal information that a user may have which is publicly available or any information that is lawfully made available to the general public from federal, state or local government records shall not be considered as personal information.

Currently we do not have any biometric information but we do plan on introducing the same. Upon doing so, if you choose to use the biometric services, it shall be deemed as personal information and the said Privacy Policy shall be applicable.

Services1online, as a matter of policy, believes in providing the right information to their users for their ease of access and usage of the Services. Therefore, the aforementioned personal data that we may collect and which you may provide upon your own free will shall suffice. However, this does not mean that Services1online does not process data indirectly and your personal data such as your IP address, location and anything ancillary thereto as well as browser type etc. from the devices Our users use may be collected. Furthermore, We may have service providers providing us with the technologies that are unavailable to us or with us, therefore, we may also collect personal data from our service providers in the future, if any.

There are mostly, if not always, legal formalities that need to be complied with for processing personal data. This may include legitimate interests such as, but not limited to, specific performance of the contract i.e. terms and conditions (please read the terms and conditions), conforming with the applicable laws, procedure, rules and regulations, policies, investigation of enforcement agencies, remedies, protection, curbing and detecting fraudulent activities and security risks.

For commercial purposes and operation of the Services, the personal data’s that may be shared to service providers are your names, address, email addresses, IP address, account names of the users, identity cards issued by the government, bank account numbers for processing payments if you choose to pay online, audio, electronic, visual, thermal, olfactory or anything ancillary thereto.

Accessing, Modifying, Rectifying, and Correcting Collected Personal Data
Services1online believes in correct information, therefore, if We are informed timely by you regarding any incorrect information of yours on your registered account, We shall respond immediately and take the required measures to correct your personal data. If any authorized agent submits a consumer request on your behalf, in order to confirm that person or entity’s authority to act on your behalf and verify the authorized agent’s identity, We require an email be sent to support@mscab.com along with all the proof that you gave the authorized agent signed permission to submit the request, sufficient information to verify the authorized agent’s identity, depending on the nature of the request and to verify your identity, depending on the nature of the request, We may also require a valid Government Issued ID (not expired), email address, your mother’s name and phone number..

Needless to mentioned, We will not respond with your personal data if your identity or authorized attorney is unverifiable and unidentifiable.

We do not charge a fee to process or respond to your verifiable consumer request unless it is excessive, repetitive, or manifestly unfounded. If We determine that the request warrants a fee, We will tell you why we made that decision and provide you with a cost estimate before completing your request.

As Services1online firmly believes in obtaining consent and the right to privacy, We have provided Our users with the option of choosing some of the information that may be collected by Us for the purposes of operating the Services.
